Q1. How does HbP facilitate Customers meeting suitable Handymen?

A1: HbP sees its role being to re-organise informal handymen into more customer-focused business-persons. Our handymen pay an Annual Subscription to belong to our community/database. Therefore HbP collects no commission from fees you pay for services performed by our members. However; our responsibility does not end there; it's in our interest that all members succeed in their businesses. We're therefore very interested in your reviewing the services you received. You may post any photographic, video or audio evidence - positive or critical

Q2. How skilled and trustworthy are your Handymen?

A2: HbP does not audit the skills of each listed person/business. However; during sign-up each member is asked to complete a Membership Form which includes a 14-point Declaration that doubles up as a Code of Conduct (COC). This process is the renewal of awareness of why they are in business.
Furthermore; members have the opportunity to disclose their details fully on the application. When they do not tell the basic minimum they do not earn a STAR-Grading. Members without a STAR-Grading may offer services to you but at your own risk. HbP recommends members with 3-STAR Grading.
